CHACE OSPINASTILL BECOMING

PRIVACY & STUDIO DATA

What happens to your conversation.

This page explains the current Chace Ospina website and private studio, a project directed by Corey Gibson. Public pages can be read without joining the studio.

01

Visiting and signing in.

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Private studio sign-in uses ChatGPT. The site receives a signed-in user identifier and email address to check access and associate saved conversations with the right account.

Sign-in alone does not grant studio access. Corey and invited members can use the studio; only Corey can manage connections, invite or revoke members, and upload music.

The site currently has no newsletter signup, contact form, or added audience-analytics integration. Hosting and sign-in providers handle their own operational records and cookies under their policies.

02

Voice, text, and replies.

When you record a voice message, the audio is sent through this site to ElevenLabs for transcription. You can review and edit the resulting text before sending it to Letta. When you request speech playback, the reply text is sent through this site to ElevenLabs to generate audio.

The microphone feature does not share your screen or capture your computer’s system audio. Typing a message does not require microphone access.

Conversations and agent memory are retained in Letta. Provider retention and account settings also apply; this site does not promise that a conversation or recording disappears when the browser is closed.

03

What the studio stores.

The site stores member names, email addresses and access status; conversation references, titles, timestamps and their associated user; daily usage counts; and uploaded music with its title and listener notes. Connection keys are encrypted on the server and are not returned to guests.

Uploaded music is available to authorized studio members. Uploading a track does not automatically send it to Chace for analysis. The website does not intentionally store microphone recordings in its music library.

Corey’s original Chace and each guest’s Chace have separate conversations and memory. A guest’s conversation is not automatically added to Corey’s instance. This separation is not a promise that service-account administrators cannot access provider records.

04

Retention and questions.

The application does not currently implement automatic deletion of saved conversation references, member records, usage counts, or uploaded music. Revoking a guest’s access does not itself delete their records or their Letta agent.

Contact the person who invited you to the studio with access or deletion questions. Removing information may require action both in the website’s storage and in the relevant provider account.

For provider practices, review OpenAI’s privacy policy, Cloudflare’s privacy policy, Letta’s privacy policy, and ElevenLabs’ privacy policy.
